The acetate film is the best way to protect your mousse and ice cream cake during the assembling of your cake and also for the preservation in the freezer or the refrigerator. It also facilitate the extraction of the cake from the mould.

Our cake wrap rolls are made from food grade transparent polyethylene terephthalate plastic (PET). PET plastic is near-infinitely recyclable (type 1) and it can be used safely in the freezer.

Our rolls are 1.000 Feet long (305 meters). The acetate film has a thickness of 4 mil (0.004. 0.10mm). This thickness cake wrap is recommended for cakes of 6 (15cm) diameter or larger. It can be also used with smaller cake or individual pastries but his thickness makes it more difficult to install in small cake rings.

Easy to use. cut an acetate strip at the desired length. Place the strip on the inside of the mould sides by making the two ends overlapping and pour your mousse into the mould.
